SOFT TORTILLA -TACOS !
shredded flank steak,picadillo,chicharon (pork-rinds) carnitas and best of all is carne al pastor-slowly rotissed with onion layered between the adobo-pork-steaks served with a mix of fresh onion cilantro and diced serrano & jalapeno-peppers, and don't forget a squeeze of lime and maybe a slice of avocado !! (leave the sour cream in the fridge and use it for the baked potato ok!

My favorite tacos are ground beef tacos. I don't like the chicken tacos and I don't like the shredded beef. Give me the ground beef with lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, jalapenos and guacamole.

The ones my mom makes. I only put the meat and black olives on it. I go back and forth between a soft shell and hard shell.
