Everyone will have different opinions. According to me it's Arsenal. All these teams can be the best in some way or other. Arsenal plays the most exciting football, Chelsea is the best in playing boring football, ManU is the best according to the League table and Liverpool is the best in winning matches in penalties in finals and that too the score will be 3 - 3.

Right now, Arsenal play the best football, Chelsea have (most of) the best players, Man Utd have got the best attitude and Liverpool... Liverpool used to do all of that.
Ever since the Premiership started the best teams have more or less been the teams with most money. Quick answer: Chelsea

Man Utd - Ronaldo as he is probably the best player in the world at the moment. Chelsea - this is very difficult but Terry for his motivational skills as well as his talent. Chelsea really missed him when he was injured. Arsenal - Fabregas because you must look to the future.He is only young and will get even better. Henry is on the decline. Liverpool - Carragher as he is one of the best defenders in the world. Spurs - Berbatov. His understanding with Keane is brilliant and any team needs to score goals. Especially Spurs who leak them like mad.
