I'm also scared a lot, I have recurring thoughts which i can't get out of my mind, I'm scared of ppl and scared of myself. I feel very lost, like i dont know what to do anymore...And lonely even if I'm not, I try not to tell all this to my friends because I'm scared of their reaction. I also feel like I'm whining too much and thus feel selfish but I can't help or control what I feel. I'm not sure if i want to cry or scream because if i do i'll feel guilty and selfish. I often blame myself for a lot of things. I wished I were stronger. I need to study but I'm disinterested and tired. I'm scared of hurting others and worrying ppl with my behaviour. But i get hurt so easily by the slightest thing. I keep thinking ppl dont really care even if i know somehow its not true.sometimes i cheer up and get my energy back but it's only for a few hours. I don't want to think anymore. Just feel like hiding.

this one girl ims me ( i know her from school ) and its cool. but then she goes NUTS! she ims at like midnight when my dad is working and then accuses him of being me and making up ecuses. then she starts calling every 5 min. and hanging up. then if i prove her wrong, she starts like crying and apologizing. ive told her to bug off and leave me alone, but even when i block her she gets a new screen name and ims like nothing ever happened. one person got the password for my other screen-name and started sending her threats and stuff. she asked me if i knew who it was and i apologized and explained. i told her i'd fix it, so i logged of and logged on to the other one. then when i logged back on as this, she said i was sending her that stuff because we were never on at the same time. i tried explaining, but she just logged off. now shes starting to send me ims again... what do i do!?

This has been going on for months. We live in an apartment ansd our walls are adjoined. To make a long story short she listens to me shower and makes horrible comments about everything! She seems to know more about me than I even do. She keeps track of my schedual listens to me on the phone etc. I have not said anything to her and not interested in a huge confromtation as I am a quiet shy person. Not sure where to go from here. The units are individually owned so theres no mgr to report to. I have lived here for 2 years and put up with her crap! WHat are my options if any???
