Why have some people got lovely little pictures.?

And why have some of us just got a square grey smiley? sorry if this is thick I'm still pretty new to this game.

You need to click on "My Q&A" to the right of the green bar located near the top of the screen. Once your in the My Q&A section, you'll click on "Edit my Info", which is a little blue link underneath your gray smiley face. Once in there you can choose to upload a picture or use/create a little yahoo avatar that most Answerers have on Yahoo.
