I'm also scared a lot, I have recurring thoughts which i can't get out of my mind, I'm scared of ppl and scared of myself. I feel very lost, like i dont know what to do anymore...And lonely even if I'm not, I try not to tell all this to my friends because I'm scared of their reaction. I also feel like I'm whining too much and thus feel selfish but I can't help or control what I feel. I'm not sure if i want to cry or scream because if i do i'll feel guilty and selfish. I often blame myself for a lot of things. I wished I were stronger. I need to study but I'm disinterested and tired. I'm scared of hurting others and worrying ppl with my behaviour. But i get hurt so easily by the slightest thing. I keep thinking ppl dont really care even if i know somehow its not true.sometimes i cheer up and get my energy back but it's only for a few hours. I don't want to think anymore. Just feel like hiding.

You have depression, and there is nothing wrong with that, but you do need help. Go see your doctor, he they will be able to help you out.

Sounds to me that you need to talk to someone like a therapist or something. There is no shame at all in that. Tons of people do it.

Call a local helpline. These people are specialists in helping people get help and you dont have to worry about giving your name or whatever. They will talk to you without being judgemental and point you in the direction of getting some help. And it is free! You can look up some on the Internet. One in New York is www.helpline.org. Give them a call! You will feel better.

Sweetie you need to see a doctor. You have extreme depression and its controlling your life. I'm sorry to say. You need to find a friend who will listen to you without getting freaked out and share with them your feelings. We're not meant to keep life's struggles inside we need to talk and figure things out with people who like you are going through the same issues. You can blog your thoughts online if you need to vent. Do you change your diet often. The energy sounds like it comes from a food you may have eaten. Try to watch and see what it is that makes you get happy, write it down. You may need to go for a walk every now and again to get outside. Hope you feel yourself soon. Good Luck!

Ok there is no way to diagnose you on line you need to see a specialist in an office where they can see you. You will get plenty of people claiming that they know what is going on and giving you diagnosis. I want to let you know that none of these are really going to help you until you seek council. No one on line can prescribe you medication or give you medical advice. That is something only a doctor can do. All I can do is tell you that my prayers are with you and I hope for a good outcome for your dilemma.

It sounds like you have some depression or anxiety issues, and that can be hormonal. There are medicines to help that. I know from experience! Could be panic attacks too, or something else along those lines. Go to a dr and tell him everything, the dr will help you. You are not crazy, and he will not put you in a hospital. There are medicines to help you.

I know how you feel......pick up the phone and call your doctor. A GP is fine. Tell them what you have told us. Most likely your Dr will have you take this written quiz, but I will bet that he will determine that you are depressed. Let him prescribe something for you, this will help neutralize your thoughts and fears. Look into talk therapy too. If you don't make moves to do something now, it will only get worse and worse and you may end up suicidal. Please don't let yourself get that far. Please do this one thing for your self and pick up the phone and call your doctor. One step at a time.

the first thing you need to do is find someone to confide in possible a good shrink. YOU are on the edge and in need of serious help. you are stronger than you think set your mind to it and stop thinkin that people dont care although most dont act like they do it is only because they are wrapped up in their own crap and not taking time to notice anyone else's. talking to someone will help you just go and do it if you like talk to me nut_772000@yahoo.com
