Yes we do have in most shopping malls. I know there is one optical shop at outram, inside chinatown building. Very good service.

Optical shops are everywhere.. and most will give you great prices. There is one at Raffles City Shopping Centre, called Capitol on the 3rd floor. They have great prices and they always give you great discounts.

I have a great dentist. However he is expensive - even by North American standards.

Best for you to ask locally - especially if you are in Singapore now. The ones at HDBs are usually affordable. Ask the hotel where you're at.. they might be able to tell you.
