When an illegal alien don't get approve to stay here in the USA with a green card they have to leave the country, don't wait until the government deport you because it will turn out worse. At lease if you leave the USA voluntary you probably have a better chance to try to come back through the right procedures in your country of origin. For the abuses that the illegal aliens are committing with the immigration system every day it get harder for the immigrants to stay in the country. Good Luck

If your application or petition is denied, you may appeal the decision to a higher authority. Your denial notice will advise you of your right to appeal, the correct appellate jurisdiction (AAO or BIA), and provide you with the appropriate appeal form and time limit. In addition, you may also file a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider with the office that made the unfavorable decision.

Only the person that submitted the original application or petition may file the appeal. The petitioner alone has standing to appeal the denial of a visa petition. The beneficiary of a visa petition may not appeal the decision

If you have been denied, it would be a good idea to get a good immigration attorney.

they can go get food stamps, ER care, your job, your children's part-time job; we USA citizens are not prejudice against illegal aliens; we do not mind if they are law breakers; law enforcement is too busy arresting adolescents and young adults for pot smoking and older adults for speeding and DUI; drug smuggling, rape, and murder by illegal aliens is not as important as those kinds of crimes; we do not want to hurt their feelings by deportation or incarceration.

If they didn't get a green card, there's probably a reason they didn't get one...
