How can we get non-Veggies to understand that we get enough protein? We get plenty. It's plainly obvious we do. Otherwise, we would not be here. Proteins are the building blocks of life. However, it's incredibly rare for someone to have a protein deficiency in a developed country. The major prerequisite is for the person to be staving. Our bodies only need 5% of our daily calories from protein to function properly. Any more than 15% provides no added positive effects. In fact, in may even encourage cancer growth, among other things. Armed with the facts this question sounds silly, yet it's the question we, as vegetarians and Vegans most often get.

In no way am I trying to attack anyone, quite the contrary. I want to know what we can do to help people stop worrying about protein since the fear of not having enough in a country like America in largely unfounded.

Any ideas?

I'm trying to find a specific Japanese horror film, but I don't know the name. I saw the box once in the video store and it was gone the next time I looked for it. The girl working there has no idea what I'm talking about. The front of the box had two scary looking twin girls sitting on a couch with some scary looking people behind them. I think it was about a haunted house.

Does anyone out there know what I'm talking about?

I am currently seening this guy, hes in the army and in iraq right now, we talk all the time on but recently it came up as he said "you said you loved me first and i thought you knew i felt the same", later i asked "so you do love me" his response "you got a problem with that" but he hasnt actually said "i love you"

I have gotton to the point where I am going to go insane with dieting. I have tried everything but because I absolutly hate meat or fish I havent been getting anywhere. All diets insist on either a well balanced meal or eating just meat. I have tried them all but because I have to force the meat down I get to the point where I start to starve myself and then a few weeks of starving I gain all of the weight back plus more. One thing I love is fruit and vegetables. I heard there is a diet that you can eat just Fruit and Vegetables. Would this really work? If so I know I could stick to this diet. How much weight could I lose on this diet?

i am currently taking loestrin 24. I missed a day two weeks ago but took my pill as soon as i remembered. I bled on tuesday and thursday of that week for a short period of time. since then i have been taking it normally.

i am spotting again today, even though i am about 10 days away from starting my period.

is this normal to spot for 3 days total in 2 weeks after only missing one pill?
