I have gotton to the point where I am going to go insane with dieting. I have tried everything but because I absolutly hate meat or fish I havent been getting anywhere. All diets insist on either a well balanced meal or eating just meat. I have tried them all but because I have to force the meat down I get to the point where I start to starve myself and then a few weeks of starving I gain all of the weight back plus more. One thing I love is fruit and vegetables. I heard there is a diet that you can eat just Fruit and Vegetables. Would this really work? If so I know I could stick to this diet. How much weight could I lose on this diet?

Sure! Only you need to make sure that you get enough protein. If you do not like meat or fish the best source is soy. There are plenty of soy products out there in the supermarkets but you can just also chew on Edamame (steamed, salted soy beans).

Tofu is a great meat substitute. I know plenty people who live a vegetarian diet well by adding a lot of tofu and other soy products.

If you like eggs and dairy products you can add those in too.

Veggies and fruit without any soy products or lots of beans or dairy products won't work because you would not get enough protein.

Patricia Yes! Fruits and greens by myself aren't the first-rate for you. Fruits and greens are one side of a well healthy eating plan. I say consuming for the reason that "nutrition" implies demise. Notice the primary 3 letters of the phrase nutrition are D.I.E. Studies exhibit that simplest two% of all dieters ever be triumphant. The trick this is to devour plenty of the proper meals so you're no longer hungry. Here is the plan I use: a million. Eat small fist sized foods five to six instances an afternoon each and every two hours. two. Eat lean proteins (eggs, lean pink meat, chicken, fish) together with tricky carbs ( end result, salads, uncooked greens, steamed greens, nuts, baked potatoes, beans, yogurt, brown rice and so on). The foods must be a mixture of the 2. Not one or the opposite. A contemporary research by way of the Journal of vitamins confirmed that each in mixture was once the first-rate process. Some meal recommendations could be eggs with entire grain bread for breakfast, fowl breast in a salad for lunch, broiled lean pink red meat with bean soup. Turkey breast and a baked potato. You get the concept. Mix and fit the proteins and carbohydrates in your liking so that you experience your foods. three. Use natural dairy whey, L-arginine, L-glutamine, and the BCAA's branched chain amino acids. See the recipe beneath. The amino acids paintings good for weight reduction. Here are the advantages to this process. One-you're consuming plenty so you're no longer hungry. Also your frame sees abundance so it does no longer move into hunger mode. Two-Lean proteins and carbs in mixture maintain your metabolism into equipment. So you're burning energy even even as you sleep. Three- Eating this fashion continues a stability among your sugars (glucose) and insulin--A key factor in weight reduction. I desire that is useful

Dieting is all about what works for you. So, this actually is a good option. You can get most of your vitamins and minerals this way.

Just remember that you will need to get protein another way if you are not going to eat meat. Try tofu, beans, nuts...natural peanutbutter is really good (but high in fat and calories, so just a little bit).

Best of luck!
