I have tried almost everything, heating pad, warm baths, body pillows, wearing flat shoes, tylenol, stretching and nothing seems to relieve it. It seems to be the worst at night time after I have worked all day (since my job requires me to be on my feet a lot) Its driving me nuts, since it keeps me up at night and I feel like I haven't slept good in weeks. Has anybody used a chiropracter? I wonder if seeing one would help.
