EMAIL spam...How do I stop unsolisited mail from somebody trying to hype stocks or products?

These emails always include some rambleing words within the body of the mail. They also use address and names that are or appear to be stolen or copyed from a ligitiment company. They never ues the same address.
How can I stop them...How can I track them down...as to spam them back or something?

I use microsoft Outlook.

Since using Gmail (Googlemail) i have had a BIG fall in spam. I have all my other e-mails fawarded to my gmail so I should still be getting the same amount but gmail blocks it.

There is no big way apart from watching where you put your e-mail. If you own website use images with your e-mail on so mail bots cant pick it up.

Basically, you can't. They are usually from bogus email addresses anyway, so there's really no way to track them down...you can get their IP address from the headers of the email, but it might not do you any good either.
