the only place to get free photos to use. no licensing restrictions unless on photos specifically said not bond by license.

I'd recommend http://browse.deviantart.com/photography/ which has a huge selection of user-taken non-professional photos, most of which have no copyright or licensing fees. I use it alot for referencing work.
