I've been in this senario before, so this is from my personal experience. In most cases; it could develop and be projected into your job performance. At any rate; rise above the personal grief that this may cause. After all, it could be in your mind; that your boss doesn't like or appreciate you. Perhaps they have personal issues, or their boss is indicative to their performance and its rolling down to you. Keep your spirits up, and do the very best you can. After that, you shouldn't worry.
