There are kfc-s, pizza huts, mcdonalds, burger kings, etc. all over the europe, but no Taco Bell.

Seriously, must be a corporate decision... I remember as a kid seeing the McDonalds' in Paris, Munich, and Augsburg (we stopped there... dad had a beer with his BigMac ! but that was our ONLY visit in our 6 months there) !!
I DO wonder where drunk late-night Europeans or stoners get their FIX though without a Taco Bell ?!?!?! Nothing like a 12 pack of tacos after a night of drinking !!

coz europeans are very freakish with what they eat
in rome, italy, for example, there are no dunkin donuts, no kfc, no wendys, no subway
