I am currently seening this guy, hes in the army and in iraq right now, we talk all the time on but recently it came up as he said "you said you loved me first and i thought you knew i felt the same", later i asked "so you do love me" his response "you got a problem with that" but he hasnt actually said "i love you"
im confused, does he mean it or is he just being a guy?

I know of a man, who, when asked, do you love your wife? Says, " I married her didn't I". Sometimes men don't feel comfortable to say the "L" word {LOVE}. It might be that he is surrounded by other males, and is shy to say it. That does not mean that he does not feel it. Yes, sadly to say, he is just being a guy. Don't let him get you feeling sad. He will probably say it to you when he is face to face. Why don't you just ask him seriously, just this once, could you say the words? It will be enough just to hear it once. See what he says then. As women we want to hear those I love you words on a daily basis, but some of us just have to do with " I thought you knew I felt the same." I'm sorry that you are one of them.

Hes just being a guy. If you guys have been going out for a little bit then give him some time. Maybe he wants to get to know you better before saying he loves you

Men are shy about saying I love you. Often they won't even look at you or would prefer to express the feeling by having sex. So yes he does love you.

Some people just find it sappy to actually say the words. Just dont say it anymore. He should know how you feel if the same goes for you.

he migh tlove you sometimes its hard for someone to show their affections and voice it out. you should tell him if he loves you then why doesnt he say it rather than beating around the bush about it.
