i have to make a c++ program using arrays, that adds 2 integers up to 20 characters long. right now, i'm stuck before i even started because my array only outputs correctly if the input number is 10 characters long. what's wrong with this?

They are conducting an audit of its health plan participants. They are requesting a ridiculous amount of information just to prove our eligibility to KEEP benefits that we have been eligible for (and received) since 1999. It is a complete invasion of our privacy. They are requesting our 2005 tax return, birth certificates of our children and our drivers licenses. They have us going through an 11-PAGE ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST. Failure to comply with their request results in cancellation of our health benefits.

I want to notify the public of AT&T's practices. They need to receive the message loud and clear that they are overstepping their boundaries.

How can I do this?

So, I've been living in my house for about 5 months now and maybe 3-4 times a week I wake up at 6:30am to the two dogs across the street barking incessantly. They are only out for about 30 minutes, but I never get back to sleep after they wake me up, and waking up angry sucks. I don't know what to do! Should I send an anonomous note? Go over and talk to them myself? Let it go and go to bed earlier? Please help!!! I've never owned a dog, so I don't know what it's like.

I have been abnormally hungry, it's like I'm starving for food but I'm NOT, I feel that way even just a while after eating... for the last few days. Mostly I have been hungry for meat and starchy veggies (potatoes)...mostly meat though. Is there anything that can be causing this? I know I'm not pregnant. I'm not working out/exercising more than usual...except last Sat. I pushed my swimming workout pretty hard. Nothing for the last few days though. My husband says my diet must be missing something and my appetite is reflecting that???
Oh and yeah I eat healthy 95% of the time, not too much not too little, a mixture of all the food groups. I've never been this hungry even when I was pregnant. Any Ideas? Because It needs to go away ASAP! Thanks!

My gf and I have been together for over 16 months and I know that I love her. However there are times she just I am not sure how to say it but for lack of gentlier words she aggrivatews me to know end. It doesn't make me love her less but during these times i just need time to myself. Is there something wrong with me I mean am I a horrible bf or what. I mean she always makes me feel great and I love being with her but she does have some bad habits lol at east that is what i call it. oh yeah and she yells alot without realizing it. The worst thing she does is if we get in a fight she will yell and scream and chew me out but if i raise my voice at her she tells me that she will not listen to anyone yelling at her because they have no right to yell at her. What is with that? Imean if i can't yell why does she. Anyway I don't suppse it is any big deal but it gets to me sometimes. i guess I am just needing to see how bad of a guy I really aam? so girls if you can help me please do.

I have severe Patella Chondromalacia, for about 5 years, and I am only 16 years old.
I have had 6 knee surgeries, I have gone to physical therapy, religiously, I have been on tons of medicines, I have tried pain management, natural rememdies, and I am developing arthritis in my knees now.
Do you have any suggestions on medicines or doctors in the New York, Pennsylvania or Ohio area.
Any suggestions
Because what I have been doing is not working.
My knee is structural okay for now, but I have severe pain.
What about any kind of knee replacement, am I too young.

my parents are going away on a trip for about a month, and I'm dying to go on an island and spend probably 3-4 days on my own. the things is i want to be alone and fear that my siblings will squeal on me! this will be the only opportunity for me and I'll be using my own money to go diving and just hang out at the beach. i think instictively my parents are aware of my plan but I won't tell anyone in my family about it. Has anyone seen the farepack hamper thing in the UK?
how the company has gone bust and hundreds of people are going to be left with no Christmas food, even though they have paid for it?

I think we should all set up a charity and donate a few quid to buy everyone a little hamper (a turkey some veg, cakes, mince pies, etc) but how would we do it?


or is there a millionair out there whou could donate something?

If i win the euro millions on friday i will give a few million quid up for the scheem.

PS i have not got a hamper with farepack and just feel sorry for all the familys let down.

i was needing some advice about my daughter, she is 16 and will be 17 in april. she is really disruptive to my family and to me, she is always getting into trouble wont mind anything we say hates her brother and we have had it. i am considering letting her move in with her fathers sister next summer however, her father is a horrible drunk and i am not really wanting her around that enviroment but at the same time she will be 17 and will most likely go there when she is 18. any suggestions please no smart *** answers.
