We got a dog from the pound, she is 2 years old, and we have had her for 3 days now. She is a pretty good dog, but has been acting a bit under the weather. At first, I thought her mild temperment was because she has been through a lot (she was in the pound for at least 3 month... (poor thing!), she had puppies last month that were taken away from her earlier, and she was spayed last Friday... all that plus who knows what she went through before this all!) Anyway, she had an accident on the carpet, which in this case is good, because my carpet is light, and I can see where there is a slight tinge to her urine, and there is some blood in her urine.

I have made an appointment with the vet, however, I would like an answer from someone who might have some insight now, if anything, to calm my own nerves before the vet can see her.

In the condos that I live in, each one has two parking spots assigned to them. I usually use one of mine. However, the people across the street (who also have two assigned parking spots) have three cars (one of which is a junk car that doesn't work and it's parked in one of their parking spots) and therefore one car has to park behind the others. Recently, they have decided that they will start parking in my other parking spot. They haven't asked me if that's ok with me, they just started doing it. Part of me feels like I paid for those two parking spots and I should have them whether I use them on a daily basis or not because when I have had visitors over, I have had to walk across the street and get them to move their car which can be an inconvience when I don't know ahead of time that someone is coming over. However, I also feel like I should be a good neighbor and let them use it. What do you think?

there was one lady that came into the store she knew closed at six at about quater to six and asked questions that she knew would take awhile. I nicely told her that the store was closing and we would have to hurry to catch a till in time but she said she worked all day so she be made time for. I was so mad she kept us 20 mins late, without a care no thanks or nothing

We had unprotected sex on the first day of her periods,the flow wasnt that heavy so we figured it would be alright..i tried to do the pull out but i think i may have dropped a few pearls..she got very sick right afterwards..even started puking..she took the morning after pills and got sick after that..and went on her periods for 10 days..now she's on her periods again but they were 7 days late..she's experiencing the worst period pains ever and she gets all nauseous and she says her whole body hurts..could she be pregnant..?

I was offered a high paying job that requires me to travel. I signed the appointment letter with a high profile head hunting agency. After thinking about it two days later, I realised that I am not ready for this job at all. I text msg the head hunter and told her that I wish to withdraw my application. I feel really bad as its a integrity issue and I promised that I really really want the job initially. But after thinking it over as I have panic attacks so fllying is out of the question, I decided to reject the job. The problem is that I have signed and promise and now I am backing out, so I feel really bad. How do I handle this?

This site doesn't really give atheism much credit to being content, so it seems. Maybe it's just a few people here that desire badly to be accepted by other atheists to tell them they are right. Not all act this way, but seen alot of it today. What's up?

My english is just fine. Sometimes, white people have indicated that I had an Aussie (Australian) accent. It is because I live in Australia. Others say different. I've got a mixture you can say, but the English is understood by Aussie white people, here. I've got strong traditional values though and I follow my religion, but I am free with people. I do not drink or eat pork/bacon and cannot have sex before marriage.

So, what's the problem with you white girls? :S :( Why don't you care or like me or whatever? Why can't you white girls get along with me? Is it because of the traditional values mentioned above? Why are they wrong? Why would being friends to someone be connected to traditions or religions?

She is 16 and she has been refusing to do anything, chores, going to school, she doesn't do anything at all except sit on the couch and watch tv and sometimes she sits in her room and cries. Is this depression? If I take her to the doctors, how do they diagnose depression? Thanks!

I'm going to dineyland for a day with my family and boyfriend . My Little kitten his name is Little JJ. Anyways . I worry about him . I'm trying to find someone to watch him for a day .
