You are standing in the middle of the busy road or walking on the footpath, passing cars often give you either sharp Tooting, which your first reaction is, "hell, I did I do? did I cause any problem?!"; or scenario no.2, a quick tap on the horn, so that draw the attention from you and you started looking at the driver, often he or he and his passangers have that mysterious look on them. "well, maybe that's a friendly call or a compliment of a stranger".
Any similar experience? How do guys seeing a woman from far distance to determine whether she's a hot or not?
Is there any unwritten rules of the pitch of the tooting, length of it? Do guys do that more often. Same thing applies to the whistling. Do guy whistle when they see an attractive woman when she's walking pass or behide her back?
