At my work we have 2 laptops. On one laptop we have Outlook addresses info@...... sales@............ etc. Can I add the info@...... email address onto the 2nd laptop so they will both have access to the same emails?

Tried doing that when I test settings it has error on 2nd computer 'Log onto incoming mail server' and a pop up message about a password keeps coming up. Not too sure what it says as the 2nd computer is in a foreign language

Yes, here is how it would work. You would add the info email to the 2nd computer, but you would use an advanced feature on both computers. There is a checkbox that says "Leave Messages on Server" and a new checkbox that says "Remove messages after [ ] days". This would ensure that both computers got all of the messages.

Open Outlook on the 2nd computer.
Go to Accounts under the tools section.
Go to the MAIL section.
Hit the ADD button.
When the mail settings comes up, duplicate the information that the other computer has. In the ADVANCED section, you will see these two checkboxes that controls the message deletion.

When you are BACK to the list of email addresses, select the account that is to be the DEFAULT address for that computer.

Go into the First computer and get into Outlook's Account settings. Pick the info email and click on the PROPERTIES button. Again, go to the ADVANCED section and check the two checkboxes as you did with the other computer.

Go into the first laptop, that has both e-mail accounts, under Tools and Accounts (or E-mail Accounts depending on the version of Outlook you are using). Write down the properties (server, account name, etc.) for both accounts.

Go to the second computer, open the accounts, and add two accounts with the same server, account names, etc.

if you using outlook exchange and connect to the exchange server via exchange server connection then the address book can be set to synchronize automatically at the server. You just need to set a new same account in your new computer that access the same mailbox.

but i think you can always use export/import address book or synchronize the address book feature
