No, we don't. Mexico is very underdeveloped to have nuclear weapons, plus the country does not invest enough in defence (actually it doesn't invest enough in almost anything). Yet, you might want to know that a nuclear plant exists in Mexico in the state of Veracruz. Yet the plant has been a failure, and there are serious fears that a catasthrope might arise since technology has been left to herself. There has even been talk of closing the site, to avoid the risks (and because the whole thing is a white elephant).

If any Latin American country is ever to have a nuclear bomb I would say that should be Brazil. They have a huge and impressive military industry, export quality.

Mexico is a pacific country, why do they will need nuclear weapons?

And if some country atacks mexico the USA will defend it because they need mexico for the usa economy and wealth.

But they have a navy, a great army for saving people, etc....

no. the only states with nuclear weapons are the U.S.A, Russia, the UK, France, and the people's republic of china.
Israel also probably have nuclear weapons though they refuse to confirm or deny it and there have been reports that over 200 nuclear weapons might be in its inventory
Mexico don't and never had nuclear weapons

I think anyone might these days, its just a matter of whether or not the U.S. knows about it. As far as I know, I don't think so. I do know that Mexico does have a woman pleasuring a horse show though. Could that horse be considered a weapon of mass destruction? Hmmmmm?

NO. The countries that do are:

The USA.
Russia
Britian
France
China
Israel
India
Pakistan
North Korea

No Latin American country has nukes; Argentina and Brazil tried, back in the 1980s and 1990s, but they could not afford to do the research.

No they don't. The Mexican Air Force has two 1967 Piper Cubs and one 1994 helicopter. They have three howitsers, one personnel carrier, and a bazooka in their army of 1287 soldiers, and no navy.
