Im pretty sure that this is a question for some kind of mindless entertainment. But in case it's real, sometimes symptoms of BDS (body dysmorphic disorder) make it seem like your face is distorted or like you can't actually see your entire face,

Most of the time. But everyone who's getting older can remember the first time they looked in the mirror & wondered, "What's my mother's (or father's) face doing in the mirror where MY face should be?"!

Yes but I am not sure it is always what is really there. eg, I have freckles but when I look in the mirror, I don't see them unless I think about them.

i wake up sometimes and look in the mirror and i don't see myself
my mind distorts the image and i see something dark

No. Sometimes even though I am looking at myself, I see my Mother, and my Sister. We look a lot alike, and it's kind of scary sometimes.
