they only come across that way because their mentality is more of the collective. many asians do not prefer contfrontation and would rather agree for the collective sake. thats just their culture. as opposed to other cultures who are individualistic and would rather think of themsleves than the whole. plus, most except philipinos are buddhists.
kindess does not equal weakness.

you see I just gotten the oppurnity to travel to different parts of the country this summer like Italy, Greece, and Rome. Which I really think is a wonderful experience for me and will really help me out in life, by getting connected with people around the world, plus seeing what life is like on a different point of view. The low oil pressure warning light on our Honda Civic lit up for a few seconds at a stoplight. Obviously, I was concerned. But when I left the stoplight, it turned back off and hasn't lit up since.

ok, my husband sais that i cant have another cat, but i really want to give another one a great home and pleanty of food and attention. we have 4 now. and i want another boy (1 girl, 3 boys so far) all fixed if you're wondering! haha.

so please state yes on the awnser if you agree. all the cats i have are taken from grubby homes or animal control to save their lives. and now they live in harmony grooming and naping with one another!

What, in your opinion, does modern society and culture need to adopt and abolish in order to progress? For example, I think that before our society and culture can progress, we need to totally get rid of things such as:
• Extreme (and wrong) views
• Ignorance
• Racism
• Animal cruelty
• Mindless following (like following a religion which enforces ridiculous rules and views - let people live and form their own views. Religion would be fine if all it did was to teach basic morals, but most religions encourage at least some forms of intolerance or ignorance.)
• Dis-beleif in science/proven facts in favour of idiotic beleifs (e.g. Magic, ghosts and spirits, luck, all other supertitions, etc)
• Any other barbaric traditions (hunting etc.)

Something I think we should aim towards doing is having a language in which we all can communitcate (not necessarily English, but that is beginning to happen already).

Anything else you think society need to do/not do? What are your opinions?

I am 5'9 and 245 lbs. I hear all the time that being overweight can make it difficult to have babies. I guess I want some encouragement from other women who are in the same boat or from women who got pregnant easily regardless of their weight. My husband and I have been ttc for 6 months now.
