in case you have an Ag housebreaking (which you do in the eyes of the army) you're disqualified. in case you lie, we are able to seize the lie and kick you out as a Fraudulent Enlistment. in case you already processed and listed the can charge, this is on your checklist. try C, doing some thing that makes the army think of you're properly well worth the possibility of approving a waiver. Plan A, you will get caught and disgraced. Plan B will purely end with egg on your face.

Duh i,m not sure where you would find an army that has a criminal background.... sorry.. I could not resist that but yes you can join the army under the circumstances you mentioned, also, did you know you can get your record wiped cleaned if your "criminal past" is not severe and you are not in any current criminal situation I don't think your criminal record is significant but don't try to hide it.Work with the recruiter and he or she will work with you. Hey good luck!

A person with criminal records cannot join the Army because he will fail the background check investigation that will be conducted by the Intelligence Group.

No, do you think any branch of service would take the chance.
What if you had to drive a tank. Could they count on you staying sober? What if your in a war zone? I would feel sorry for your company.

Given that enlistment is at an all-time low, as long as you haven't committed murder, they would probably take you. Best guidance of course is speak to a recruiter and be honest with him. If you're not open and honest and it's found out later, you could face charges for something called, "Fraudulent Enlistment".

You'll have to get paperwork on all three events, they will know, don't lie to the recruiter. Go find out, and good luck. I leave for Air Force basic on Nov 1st.
