I lead a more moral life than most Christians I know. I became an atheist about the same time I realized that Santa was a bunch of B.S. and it had nothing to do with my eight or nine year old sins. It just didn't make sense.

I really believe there is no god. That is based on the total lack of anything that would pass as evidence in any rational way. The way the Bible says the Universe came into existance is totaly contrary to all the real, hard evidence there is.

Nope, I think therefore I am. I don't require God's approval to exist, I've been living outside of his rules since I was a boy and I'm still here to answer your question. Can you say the same? Does a Theist believe in God simply to escape responsibility for their actions?

To justify their own actions? Than why is it that while the percentage of Christians in the population as a whole is about equal to the percentage of Christians in jail, while atheists/agnostics/non-religous persons make up 10% (1/10) of America's population but only .1% (1/1000) of people in jail?

Perhaps atheisim is a MORE moral choice? Perhaps a country that didn't believe in god would have much less crime?

Nice little spin on the definition of an atheist. heres one for you Christian, some one that chooses to believe in God out of fear.

Atheist - one who does not believe in the silly notion that there's an invisible man in the sky with super powers. Also, an individual that does not believe in fairy tales that make absurd statements about the origin of the universe, life, science, history, civil rights, and etc....

Uh. It's a person who doesn't believe in God. They don't need to justify their actions to him because they don't believe he exists. e.e

Stop randomly capitalizing words.

An atheist is one who does not believe in any deity.

It is not having proof and then saying "nah, don't wanna believe that." No one can "force" themselves to believe something or to disbelieve it.
