It's damn near impossible.
I've actually tried the same thing.
The most common ways to get past a filter are:
Proxy avoidance server
Kill the processes in the task manager
Use a Secure connection (ssl) (https://)
Which none of the above work.
The only way to get around websense is to find a proxy avoidance server that actually doesn't get websensed.
www.alienproxy.com
www.proxify.com
www.anoymizer.com
and that's about all i can think of... but websense blocked all of them... damn it.

well u just have to wait until you get home, and stop trying to acess it from school/work/college etc
