My assistant soccer coach or team coordinator invited evryone to the October 15 Cal State fullerton game and e-mailed everyone if they want to get the tickets from her. My mom replied and said "Is it too late to buy tickets because i was thinking some girls could car pool in my van". She is stupid and she will embarass me. One of my friends rode with my and my mom once and it was so awkward and nothing was said the whole ride until my friend said something and my mom started to but in and it got worse. She is trying to act like a good mom but she isn't. All this happened just now and we were suppose to go somewhere but no because of her. What can i do? I dont know if a i could just deal with it like that.

We're ALL sick of "Am I pregnant" posts. In order to stop them, let's just stop ANSWERING them. Anyone with two brain cells knows that no one on yahoo answers is going to be able to magically determine whether or not someone is pregnant. So I propose that in order to end, or at least cut down on the stupid questions, we stop encouraging them. Whaddaya think?

I once was led by an incorrect conception, on which way and which direction,
to face when I was moving, I thought I knew what I was doing.
I staggered straight ahead, and thought I would be lead.
But in the end I lost track, and bothered to look back.
With my confindence at its end,
I turned away at last, and looked on from my misconcepted past.
My emotions all unsteady, I looked by my past and now I am ready.
Ready to overtake any problem, and walk with endless shame.
Regreting endless pain, with only my misconceptions left to blame.
I had many intentions, all based on my misconceptions.
Now I advance towards my real mission, and forget my misconcepted vissions.



Should I correct anything before I send this into my publisher, please give me your insight. Thank you.

The meaning of life:

Take everything positive from your mother and father, leaving all

I have an opportunity to get into a positon that I have a degree in in my company. I have been actually doing that position as well as my normal job for some time with out compensation. I was told by upper management that they would open that new position and give it to me. Now I am told that they are opening it up and I have to compete for it. I have not received a raise for all I have done as well. I revamped their corporate image, created various ads amd campaigns and worked extra hours.

What are my rights in this? Is there anything I can do? Or should I start looking for a job and add this experience to my resume?

When a best selling book is turned into a movie, do you prefer to read the book first, then watch the movie? Or skip the book all together, and go straight to the movie? Please explain your reason.

Personally, I like to read the book first THEN watch the movie. I find that the books are more detailed and often, movies skip some parts in the books.
