Our school doesn't have. Although it has other forms of punishment [not harsh, of course]. . Like suspension, transfer to another school, discipline, & the Like.

no, our school (my high school) doesn't have detention. we have behavioral reports and are deducted from our conduct grade/ and of course suspension is included and other sanctions...

we didnt have detention but we do have this altar (cause i studied in a catholic school) where we would kneel everytime we disobey our teacher. also some kids get kicked out of school due to conduct issues. some of our teachers get too bossy too. Ã

our school has always had detension. although it is mainly enforced for 8th grade. its kind of funny to see how many kids get them
