The meaning of life:
Take everything positive from your mother and father, leaving all
that is negative behind and live life to it's fullest in the process so by the ending you and those close to you know that you did live life to it's fullest, than you can die satisfied with no regrets at all.

Would it kill you people to actually take a question seriously on here??? HOW THE HE!! DOES IT SOUND LIKE AN AD FOR BUTTER??? AND MYSPACE??? Here's a concept... put some thought into those answers of yours and try to utilize every brain cell in that pigeon-sized brain of yours to produce it... THAN it might come out logical... not sarcastic and ignorant.

I'll never understand why some people even bother answering questions here... like... "first L"... I'd love to comment but I can't make out what you are trying to say... AT ALL.

well i guess it makes a lot of sense, although im not sure its totally possible to live without any regrets at all.
personally, its not the meaning of life that i would have described (I'm a Christian) but it does seem workable - it doesnt cause harm to anyone and if everyone lived by it, the world would probably be a better place :)

I don't think that is the meaning of life but I do think it is the goal of living. I wouldn't even go so far as to say it was possible, only that it is what we should all strive for.
For me the meaning of life is learning however sadly we don't learn by getting things right, we learn by getting things wrong and then trying to do better next time.
Ah I don't know. We all look for meaning in everything we do and for someone to take notice of our efforts and to tell us well done. Maybe there is no meaning other than those we invent and to be honest, what's so wrong with that? If it gives your life meaning, if it works for you then who are any of us to contradict that?
Go for it. It's one of the better "meaning of life"s out there.

Personally, I know of no one who has ever faced death without some regret or another. So...
Why can't the meaning of life be Monty Python's version? Sorry. I'm in a bit of a goofy mood today!

That sounds all right to me. I don't believe in higher powers but I believe if you are good to others they will treat you just.
So treat others the way you want to be treated....

There is no such thing as ONE universal meaning of life. If that works for you, then take it. Personally, I like your idea, but it doesn't work for everyone.

The meaning of life is to Love the Lord God with all your heart, mind, soul, body and spirit; and to love others as yourself.
