What are some suggestions to lose at most 45 lbs in 6 months?

I am really trying to eat better and put myself on a diet. I have tons of salads, carrots, and celery. But I mess up and have food not on my diet plans.

I need to lose weight because I recently gained 20 lbs in the past 2 months. I have been eating very bad lately. I was 105 and now I am 125.

I really need to lose the weight because being a size 6 ( in american sizes ) really bugs me. Sometimes I hate going to school and going places.

I know that sounds unhealthy. Even if I only lose 20 lbs, how can I stick to my diet?

I have a gorgeous white dress with navy blue trim for my 5 year old daughter. I didn't even get a chance to let her wear it, when I accidently spilled some juice on it. I washed it and now there are blue stains on it. I don't know if the stains are from the juice or if the navy blue bled on the white. It actually looks more like the navy blue color bled on the white more than juice stains. I don't know what to do to get it out. I don't want to throw it away, because it was kind of expensive and it is beautiful and worst of all, she hasn't even worn it out yet. If anyone knows anything I could do, please let me know. I tried washing it, but it didn't work.

Just got out of a really bad relationship and my girlfriend told me she was two months pregnant and having my baby. Said I would be allowed access but she wanted to veto my future girlfriends and if i got back together with my ex before her my access would be denied...Walked away cos i'm scared she'll use the baby to manipulate my life... I would love to see my daughter but i don't want to confuse her and i think she'll just inherit my ex's negative feelings towards me and my ex will always try to make an example of me... also i think i'll be so far down the pecking-order that i won't be able to be a proper father to her... answer without prejudice please...

Snap out of it!!! lol Please tell me how to combat baby fever!? A girl my family & I know just had her little boy last night,& my mom called saying that she'd called her& saying that the girl slept with her baby in her arms last night, &how he is already spoiled. And my mom is helping her come up with a middle name for the baby, &everything. I'm so jealous!!!! I'm in my early twenties,& in Graduate school. I'm about the only one left without a child out of the people I grew up with. I have a bf,& he is more than ready for a baby. The thing is, his career is already set&he is in his late twenties&a lot more settled than I am. I've been taking every precaution to avoid pregnancy, but lately, i've been getting these urges... lol It's weird. Is that my biological clock? I'm not ready for a child, but I can't help but think that the extra two years Graduate school will take is going to hold me back from the experience. Tell me something that will make me snap out of it!?

I have set up a wireless network at home between my desktop and PC via a wireless router that is connected to the internet.
