Your venison will be good as steaks.
-Marinate in lemon juice, vermouth, oil, salt and pepper for about 2 hours. Coat with seasoned flour, dip in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs with lemon rind, parsley and ground almonds. Fry in a pan with butter and oil.
From the reserved marinade used for the steaks, bring it to a boil then add some cream, season with salt and pepper. Stir in some crushed parsley. Pour this sauce over the steaks.

Your pork will be great with sauted vegetables ( Stir-fried/Chop Suey)
Bite sized pork, sauted in onion, garlic, oyster sauce, chicken broth. Add snow peas, young corn, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. Add boiled quail eggs, If you dont have oyster sauce, you may use soy sauce, some sugar, cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Chicken will be great as your soup.
Cut chicken to serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Boil until tender and reserve about half a cup of the broth for the pork dish. Once the meat is tender, add julienned carrots, some corn kernels and season well. Add some milk for a creamy soup.

You've got a variety of dishes now for tonight's dinner. That is also a mixture of Western and Asian fusion cooking.
