I majored in Political Sci. and graduated 6 years ago. Since that time I haven't been able to find a "real" job and for most of the time since I have been employed as a security guard (or have done temping). People keep telling me to keep plugging away, to keep looking, etc., but I mean, come on...is it just me or is a degree in Political Science as worthless as Confederate money? My resume is posted everywhere, on monster.com, on usajobs.gov, etc., In fact, I've only managed to land about ten interviews since graduating from college, so the problem must be more my resume than my interviewing skills. I hate the idea of going back to school for another degree because of all the money I've already spent getting the one I have, and also because it makes it seem as though everything I've done in my life up to now doesn't count. I think the best person to answer this question would be a H.R. representative; don't be afraid of hurting my feelings because I just want an honest answer. Thanks.

I found out about 6 months ago that my boyfriend had been talking "sexually" to other females via internet and phone. It really hurt, but we have been able to work through it, although my trust and faith in him has not yet fully returned. He says that he doesn't do this anymore. Is it possible that he has fully stopped this disgusting behavior? He says he loves me and wants to marry me....

i don't want to waste money and be totally upset with another negetive result. I have polycystic ovary syndrum. the last year or so i have had my periods at the end of every month, but still can't get pregnant on my own. when i am 2 weeks late i take a test only to get my period a few days later. this time is a little different though...my friend was cooking and the smell of garlic made me want to get sick and her 1 year old is teething and drooling and the thought of her drool dripping down on my arm made me want to get sick. these are things that have never bothered me before and the day before that i was watching a comedy and crying my eyes out. my question is should i wait longer to test, i am anywhere from a week to two weeks late, at least a week. i just can't stand the dissapointment.

Scientific subjects should only be taught in schools and colleges if they have been scientifically proven. When it comes to evolution it's as if the wool has been pulled over our eyes because it has not been conclusively proven. The theory of natural selection has many flaws, including:
Why isn't there any fossil evidence of any of the missing links between modern species?
Why don't species that have been endangered for several hundred years simply evolve in order to survive? The obvious example is flightless birds, many of which are dying out. Why don't they simply learn to use their wings to fly and better survive?
Why have some species, such as the tuatara, remained unchanged for millions of years and not evolved in any way?
Why is mutation accepted as a form of adapting to survive, when all evidence of mutation generally results in a weakening of the chance of survival?
If all species are related then why can't they mate?

My sister has a monster cold sore and we were wondering what sorts of foods to avoid to maybe help it go away more quickly. Anyone have any ideas? She's taken a prescription from her doctor (valtrex one day Rx) and it's still very large. Have any other suggestions?

I have a close friend that is committing adultry with a married woman. He is 36 and lonely and she is married but her husband lives in another state. This affair has been going on for about a month. He says the chemistry between them is unbelievable and they click on so many levels and now the relationship has turned physical and they are having sex.
