The greatest one in history is undoubtedly Manuel Laureano Rodríguez Sánchez, better known under his "stage name" of MANOLETE. He was born on July 4th. 1917 in Córdoba, Spain and died gored by a bull on August 28th. 1947 in Linares, Spain.
