Stone Sour's new song 30/30-150...what the hell is 30/30-150?

I get what most of the song is about, just that I have no idea what 30/30-150 is referring to. Thanks.

In my opinion, and I've stated this before...a 30-30 is a hunting rifle, and the 150, is the size of a round it uses (number of grains in the casing).
If you read the lyrics, using that as the answer, it makes sense.
