I've recently lost 120lbs. I want to push it for 30 more. I did it all on my own, no surgery, no extreme/fad diets, no pills.... just changing my attitude and life style. I really want to avoid surgery, even if it means taking an extra year or so to tighten and tweak. Be it with lotions, crunches, hard core cardio and weight training, etc., but I'm just not sure if my goal is realistic. If absolutely necessary, Lipo after making a valiant, hard core effort sounds a lot better to me than throwing in the towel so close to the finish line, let alone the 10 grand. I did this all by myself and really want to keep that statement as close to truth as possible. Is there anything I can do, or is surgery inevitable?
