it wouldnt be a bad idea...most condiments should be refriderated after use...we put our hot sauce in the fridge after we're done...so i dont think it would hurt?

Considering what is in it. I doubt much would happen if you didn't. I prefer Tabasco and I don't refrigerate it. But then a bottle doesn't last that long with me.

Read the label on the container, it will say "refrigerate" if required.

No, it is just mostly vinegar, so it won't spoil. I always keep mine in the cabinet.
