AVG Anti-Virus... although I doubt it will help your pop-up situation... that's usually caused by spyware/adware.

if you are having trouble choosing light weight anti-virus program, just go for antivir personal classic edition.. its free ware... you can download it from http://www.free-av.com
if u want pop up blocker then just use any of the yahoo/google/msn toolbar...each of them has pop up blocker.
