I've got a Sony DSC-N1. It's a great camera and you will not be disappointed in the pix it takes. I am not familiar with the other 2 cameras.

It all depends on what you are going to be using it for. When someone asks which camera is best, it is like saying what car is best. Questions to ask yourself:
What am I going to be shooting?
What is the maximum print size I will be making?
Do I need interchangeable lens?
Do I need wide angle or telephoto most of the time (zoom lens work well now and are very high quality).
Am I going to shoot low light situations or long exposures?
What is my budget?
Do I want a heavy or light camera to carry around all day?
Do I want to carry a big bag with multiple lens, flash attachment, in it all day or one zoom lens?
Do I want a dependable camera from a known manufacturer?
Do I want the best available in my price range or are I willing to accept 2nd best to get more lens (assuming you are going DSLR)?

Once some of those questions are asked, you can start narrowing down the field to something you can live with.

I personally own a Nikon D70, D80, and D1x with about 7 or 8 lens. Never carry more than one body and 3 or 4 lens at any one time. No, I am not a professional photographer - just love to take good quality photos.
