Hey! They must put out their super organs! It's hard to get a girl these days who can understand the pressure of bussiness... And, they can't be that SUPER! They must have some flaw in their body... And they found a SUPER way to hide it... It's just an advertisement, like "Just Do It", "Dare for more", "I make little Clark Kent's fast and for free"....

Because they are "Super" in that department as well and put on an extra pair of pants to make them look more like normal men and not make them feel inadequate.

They wear it both under and over. Supervillians can be really scary. Superheroes don't want them (or the public) to know they're so scared they've wet their pants.

see, they're superheroes, you know... they're under time preessure, so, on they're hurry, they put they're underwear over their pants... and, besides, you're a superhero, you need to be distinguished from others... doesn't it rock?

to draw girls attantion to that 'area', then they let them down becasue, OH NO, they have a secret identity, and all the cute pretty nice girls are left all alone, it is unfairness in the extreme!
