The worst thing a couple can do before marriage is not to discuss subjects that will come up in your everyday lives. I speak from experience. Although we are the same religion, my spouse and I never discussed how we each felt about the role it would play in our lives. Big mistake.
Know what you are geting into or resentment will eat away your relationship.
Sex will be fullfilling if all else falls into place.

I'd say sexual satisfaction since most religions are repressive entities which really don't serve humanity all that much.
