My daughter is 13 and she weighs 144 pounds. She is about 5'5 so she isn't obese by any means but she wears bigger clothes than I do. I was overweight as a child and I don't want her to go through that..she is in softball and cheerleading so she gets excercise. I need to know about safe dieting for a teenager or anything that can help.

Can someone please help me learn how to cook hamburgers on the grill without the burger breaking apart?! I buy the lean hamburger meat- so theres not that much grease and I just use regular seasoning (salt & pepper), but is there something else that I can put in the meat for it not to break?! We heard our baby's heart beating for the 1st time on Friday. I know it's an old wive's tale but even the nurse confirmed that baby girls have a much faster heart rate than boys and our baby's was 163 beats per minute which she said was high. Has anyone had an experience that would further confirm or possibly disprove that our baby is a female? Please serious answers ONLY and save the sarcasm! Thanks

I pressed charges agqainst my exhusband twice, pictures taken by police, I call them to check my house when he is around, I tell them where he is. He has a warrant, they wont pick him up. both times charges were dropped, wont tell me why, nothing I can do but live scared in my house, curtains closed, doors always locked, peeping through blinds at everysound, afraid to let my children play outside. And they wont do anything until I end up dead.......

My brother and myself started a computer consulting company back in 1998. The IT consulting business has slowed down a lot, and we lost our last contract a few months ago. We have accumulated 15k debt on business credit card and a collection agency is harassing my family.

The company has been incorporated ( S-Corp ) since 1999 and the credit card is linked to the business and not our personal credit. The company is completely belly up with no money left in the checking account. No money. No assets. Can the creditor sue me personally? Will the creditor sue my S-Corp which has no money? Should I file bankruptcy for the S-Corp ( incorporated in Wisconsin ) any thoughts about how much that would cost? Thank you for any help or advice.

I am going to make a recipe that calls for uncooked Spaetzle. I do know that it's a German dumpling but you should be able able to buy it uncooked.
