No, I don't. I'm small, and I eat whatever I feel like eating at a buffet and could care less what other people think. I just know that there are consequences for my actions and if I feel like pigging out at the buffet one night, no problem, as long as I know I will be working out more to make up for that. I just don't hit up buffets too much, so it's not a big deal.

Why should they care what you think? why,are you the one paying their BILLS? eating whatever they want is their rights. I'm not fat myself but it's just not right for you to Mind their business. If they want to EAT MORE,that's their business. Nobody is forcing you not to eat. It's just how self-conceited mean you are. So stop pretending to be perfect. Who cares what you do with your bending body or whatever tiny tones you are!
