A physician told me I needed more vitamin c, what does it do for your body?

My sister who's been married almost 20 yrs - loving & strictly monogamous couple. She's never been w/any other man but he was w/ 1 other woman before her - 3 years before. Earlier this year, her papsmear had no abnormalities but detected HPV (high-risk ones). Of course, she was depressed after that; she thinks it could ruin her health & life. Anyway, she took 2 more tests after & the HPV tests were negative.
We read info from internet, asked her dr, but really did not find the right answers. Here are our ?s:
1) Is that possible that the HPV was dormant for years in her or his body? How could it just appear all of a sudden? The virus will not be passed back & forth between them, right?
2) If her tests came back negative - does that mean she's immune to that type of virus & she's just a carrier? Will it reappear next time, depending on her health? She is healthy - exercises regularly, eating right, & worry-free.
3) If it does reappear, will it be worse? develop into cancer?

I am so worried about my husband's sex drive. I woke up this morning and got him excited I started rubbing his privates it was pretty hard then when we started having sex I couldn't feel a thing. I am not sure what is wrong but I am scared to death of this problem. Are men able to have sex in the morning? We tried before and he couldn't do it. as other day. I did tell my husband about this a couple of months ago and since then it has ruined him but I wasn't sure what to do. We have been married for 8 years I have really went through this for 8 years although sometimes we do have rocking sex I am just scared our sex is falling apart. My husband is only 35. He does smoke and drinks about 5 soft drinks a day but he won't give up this habit. I bought some lotion stuff off of ebay but isn't helping the problem much I would like to find something that would make him hard so it doesn't feel soft

I have to work with 2 immature people at my job.One is a 59 year old thinks she knows and she is correct on a lot of subjects,Plus 21 year old girl who constantly acts like a child.
These ladies always make sarcastic remarks about everything I do.From my husband losing some weight up to how I live.I used to be good friends with them since they had decided with this critism about my life,I ignore them as much as possible.In fact the other day,I heard them snickering my name but I did not hear what they had said.
I know I could ignore the situation but this is becoming out of hand.
Telling me I should take it to human resources,I am sorry but my place of business does not really care about their employees.They are more concerned about productivity.
What can I do?

I'm writing an article, it's somewhat informal though and I need a decent expletive (that would be fit to print.) Would "blech" be okay? I have heard "blech" but don't know the correct spelling or the connotation -- and can't find it in a dictionary. how about blah, bleh, ick, ugh, ... are any of these okay? any others? thank you!

My friend's sister in a whim did a registered marraige on oct 2002 with a person who is unemployed ,elder and cunningly convinced her to do the same.That person even didn't allow any notice to be served to the family of the girl prior to this registration.From that day onwards both the parties have been living seperately and they even didn't have any physical relation.After 4 years when the girl's parents unaware by this situation were trying to settel the marraige of their daughter all these issues suddenly came out and the boy showed them the court marraige orders.Every one knows that this guy is a crook and playing with the life and emotions of the girl.Under such circumstances can the family of the girl file a case for divorce when both the parties have been living seperately for nearly 4 years?What are the possiblites of divorce in such cases ??Finally can the girls family demand compensation from the boy inorder 2 teach him a lesson who ruined the life of the girl.

I ask this question a lot. Like today, I just came from the corner store. This lady was standing in line behind me with her kid. This kid looked so loveable and innocent but after what he did next, I thought I’d seen the face of the devil. He asked his Mom for some candy. His mom said “No, it’s too early for candy. I’ll buy you some later”. He asked again, his mom said “I told you no before and that’s what I mean”. The next thing I know, the little boy goes into a full out tantrum. I mean crying, screaming at the top of his lungs, rolling on the floor, the works. People were looking at her in the store like “Do something, stupid ***!!“ Finally after 2 minutes of this torture, he calmed down. I paid for my stuff, turned around and told her “Ma’am, that belt you’re wearing still has a lot of power if you use it”.

Granted, some kids don’t need beatings. You can just look at or yell at them a certain way and they’ll do what you say. I know because I was one of them, although I did get a beating on occasion, when it was necessary. But I’m talking about the kids who are CRYING for one, and the parents know they need it, too. Many people in the world got quite of few as kids and they turned out fine. So I ask again: Why are some parents so afraid to beat their kids?

It happens almost all the time now. I'll move my pointer and it jumps to the edge of the screen, but then it's normal for the next couple of moves. Does the mouse need to be replaced? Or is it a software issue?

Scroll wheel works fine and so does clicking.

I'v been married a year and thought all was going well, she bought me brekfast in bed, made a point of washing my underpants because it turned her on, treated me as the man and could not get enough of me. I.m 6ft 4''reasonably good looking with a six pack and good under carrige, I also look after myself. I thought married life was for me. All of a suuden the tea, stopped , my underpants were left to Mondays to be washed and my wife lost interest.
