Yes, because hinduism is henotheistic (many god-forms, all of which are part of one larger divine) monotheistic religions came from it. and polytheism is also easily traced to it.

I don't believe so. Hinduism is among the oldest but it is in a completely different class than Christianity, Judism and Islam.

The reason being is that they believed in hundreds of Gods, like many pagan cultures afterwords.

Though there are many qualities of Hinduism that are embraced. Among them are Karma, Reincarnation and peace.

I have no problem with Hindus. But I personally believe that Christ is the only way to true salvation.
