Drink plenty of water, Cold water, But not Brain freeze cold.
Your body works to warm up the liquid you take in, It speeds up the metabolism when warming the cold water you drink, and the water fills you up, making you less likely to eat, because you feel full.

Most people think that eating only 3 meals a day will take off the weight. If you eat every 3 hours you'll lose more faster. The hunger cylce last approx 3 hrs and at the end, your body will store fat to feed of off if it doesn't have food. Eat a decent breakfast then 3 hrs. later eat a peice of fruit or some yogurt. Then have a good lunch and then 3 hrs. later have another fat free or low fat snack. Repeat this for dinner but do not eat about 2 - 3 hours before bed. By doing this you will also not feel hungry because it will feel as if you are constantly eating. Be sure to reduce your fat intake and do alittle exercise each day.

Eat 4 meals a day that start from a rich breakfast and gradually end in a salad, or fruit. Eat snacks like almonds or fruit on between, replace sugar with honey, try not to eat after 8.30 pm and if u must, dont eat anything like bread, crackers, spaggheti etc. If ur really hungry, try drinking milk. Ur stomach digests milk as though it were solid food, thus creating the illusion u had a full meal. Water tends to fill ur stomach for only half an hour as it makes ur stomach fluids thinner and u end up hungrier. Good luck!!

Drink lots of water and also snack all day. Find something low in calories and eat it inbetween meals and in moderation. Personally, I like crackers and cheese, pretzels, apples and low fat twizzlers because they are filling. But the key is not to over eat!!!!

Drink tea or water and keep your hands busy when watching tv. Learn to crochet, even if it's just a basic chain. Or make macrame bracelets and stuff. It's easy and if your hands and mind are busy, you won't be as likely to snack.
