I went to sports authority 2 buy new shoes but I wearing sandals so the guy tells me to try on shoes with socks there was a bin of individual socks that customers can use? So I did and then bought the shoes and wore them out but now I got to think how many guys tries these on before me and is this safe or no?

I'm bascially healthy eating an excercising, lifting and cardio etc. but i can't seem to shave off the last ten pounds. Wedding dresses get to be worn just once, and i want to look my best, plus be able to wear a bikini (or less for my new hubby) on my honeymoon. i realizie this is a popular question, but would still appreciate ANY secrets/ tricks/ ANYTHING

I experienced that walking @ speed of 6-7 km/hr,5-7 times a wk ,each for 45-60 minutes does not bring down high blood pressure,but jog @ 9-12km/hr for 2- 3 times a wk for 45-60 minutes does have better result.
Any comments/advice?

I dont know if you understand the concept of true love. If you met somebody and you love her you wouldnt want her having a monday to sunday man, now would you?
