I don't know how many of them you need, but if you just need one why don't you run down to your nearest drive through and order a couple of drinks in a cup holder?
That way you get one and won't have to pay for it, though you will need to pay for your drinks.

usually at a wholesale grocer like BJ's or Cosco. also any resturant supply store. just for kics, check Walmart, they usually have everything.
