i am a male, 18 yrs old, 5'11, and 135 lbs. i am wondering whether doing sit-ups would make me skinnier. i do not want to get skinnier, i am actually trying to gain weight and muscle. how can i get nice abs without getting a thinner waist, my waist is only about 30 inches. please help?!

Why do these girls keep going on about how lucky they are and how fantastic their lives are? I dont get it. They have a 9.00 pm curfew and have to share a wrinkly old man with 2 other girls. I am sure that their lives work for them, but would you want to live like this because they make it sound like its so normal but fantastic??

I'm 13 and suddenly I have grown about 4 inches. Now I'm 5'8 and I get taller than many people who were taller than me only 2 weeks ago such as my mom, my teacher and many friends. So I feel very ashamed about it. What can I do? :(

condoms can break but so can someones will (espicially a teenagers will).
you also have to take into acount that sex is more important in the hierarchy of needs than respect or self achievement.

I'm very frustrated as I've been stuck doing the same excercises for the last two weeks with my coach and I always have the same problem. I don't seem to be pushing on the ball and controlling the acceleration when the racket hits the ball. We were previously in a relationship, me and this friend of mine, and now are working toward building a real relationship but aren't currently together. There is one thing that we are both absolutely sure of, and that is he wants to be my son's father and wants to adopt him. My son's real father has never been there or been in my son's life, has never made a child support payment or even tried to show up for the court dates. So how do I go about having my friend adopt my son without us first being married, although we are working towards having that life? Thank you for all your input it is appreciated.
