I'm 13 and suddenly I have grown about 4 inches. Now I'm 5'8 and I get taller than many people who were taller than me only 2 weeks ago such as my mom, my teacher and many friends. So I feel very ashamed about it. What can I do? :(

oh my girl! do not be ashamed. Being tall is being beautiful and sophisticated! You may not think now but you will be envied by girls who are aspiring to model or do anything like that. I have found (being a taller girl) that I am taken more seriously and have gotten out of fights (its kind of hard to be confronted by another girl when your staring down at them : )) because of my height.
just think of all the possibilities that have come with your new gift and use them to the fullest. ; )

Don't be ashamed. I know you're very aware of it, because things are changing quickly right now. But, being tall is fine. Just stand straight, smile, and move on.

Don't worry about it. A lot of tall girls and boys make millions of $$ by getting into sports. Get a basketball and start playing. Enjoy
