As one who has just arrived from Lacnor, the third planet from the star you call Zeta Reticuli, I’m very curious about something. Why do some American earthlings, with very similar backgrounds and interests as this fellow William Jefferson Clinton, dislike him so intensely yet love this other fellow, George W. Bush? As I understand it, they both are from southern parts of the USA, attended a university called Yale, like fly fishing, BBQ, and golf, managed to avoid the war in Viet Nam, profess to be members of this religious sect called Christians, were not able to kill or capture this villainous Osama Bin Laden character and apparently have, on numerous occasions, stretched the truth for political and personal gain. Please help to enlighten this newly arrived, yet so far, undocumented alien.

Im 28 weeks pregnant with my first child. and im scared of getting nasty strech marks like the ones my sisters and mother have. Is there anything out there that really works. I've tried this stuff called mom's helper but i can still see marks popping up on my sides. Please help.

I told him how much i cared about him. Didnt say i love you, but basically told him how i felt. (keep in mind that this was all done via email) The only issue was that his response was "there is not much that a man can say to that" Did i make a mistake in telling him this, should i have kept this to myself, and might i have scared him away? Yes we have talked and emailed since then, but im not sure how he felt about what i said. What should i do?

Earlier today, I asked for advice on a problem I'm having in my relationship with my partner.

I first posted the question in a general Relationships section, which seemed to target heterosexuals. I received very thoughtful, helpful advice from all replies.

I later discovered the LGBT section, and posted the same exact question. Again, I received some very helpful, sincere, and comforting responses. But I also received one very disturbing, scathing response from a hateful gay man. Instead of answering my question, he went out of his way to make up all kinds of false accusations about me, when he knows nothing about me.

I also received a semi-sarcastic reply from a guy saying my family didn't teach me to be forgiving. He knew nothing about my life, or my upbringing.

This is not the first time I have witnessed how hateful and catty gay men can be to each other. I see it all the time. That is why most of my friends are straight.

Why is there so much hate in our own community?

In the recent made-for-tv movie 'Spartacus' on TNT, it showed female slaves preparing meals for their male counterparts in a kitchen. They were chopping vegetables and meat and putting them into a pot roast-like soup.

Is this accurate? Is our modern day pot roast soup similar to what ancient Romans ate (circa 100s BCs-200s AD)?
