that's a gd question- but it depends on what u want from ur eye cream. eye creams do a couple of things. there are ones that:
1. fight signs of ageing
2. control already ageing skin
3. reduce puffiness and dark circles for tired eyes
4. maintains under eye skin texture
i'm only 20 but i read somewhere that if u want to see wut ur skin MIGHT look like in the future, then look at ur mum. my mum has perfect skin but she's always had looser under eye skin. she told me that its never too early (if u are in ur 20s not ur teens) to start using an under eye cream because u only start using an under eye cream when u "notice" that the skin under ur eyes are getting a bit not to ur liking.
the best thing to do is buy an under eye cream that maintains the texture of the skin under ur eyes so that u'll probably never (or atleast for a long time) won't need to use the other 3 types of eye cream. Garnier has a new range of regenerist creams, including under eye creams, that "feed" ur skin. they work pretty well. if u cant find them in the states, then just buy them online. if not, read a few reviews online at drugstore.com or somewhere and get an idea of which eye cream is best for u. just make sure u use the one that u need- eg. if u are in ur 20s u don't need the control ageing skin cream!

I love Orgin's Eye Doctor. I've been using it for about 6 years now and wouldn't try anything else.
Also when applying eye cream- never rub it in to the eye area. When you rub you pull the skin. It is better to gently pat the product into the skin using your fingertip.

Hi, personally I believe that best eye cream is from a company called Arbonne. It is their corrective eye cream from RE9 line.
